The Don Bosco Jugendhaus is located in about 1 km airline distance from the conference venue and offers cheap and nice rooms only between May 22 and 26 (if you want to stay up to May 27 you have to book an extra night at another place!). Booking and payment of this accommodation will be handled by the conference organisation team i.e. booking and payment will done together with your registration. Single-room: 20.30 EUR
Dormitory: 15.30 EUR plus 4.60 EUR for the first night
Bus connection: The Don Bosco house is connected via Bus line 65 (every 20 minutes) to the main station (Hauptbahnhof, 9 minutes) and to University (7 minutes). From there it is about 5 min by foot to the conference center and to the botanical garden.

The Berno-Wischmann-Haus is 5 min by foot from the conference venue, however, only some rooms are available here.

Youth hostel Mainz (DJH Jugendherberge Mainz)
The youth hostel Jugendherberge Mainz is in about 4 km distance from the conference venue close to the Rhine River.

Bus connection: Busline 62 and 63 (direction Weisenau-Laubenheim, stop "Am Viktorstift/Jugendherberge (JGH)" about every 10 minutes to mainstation (it takes about 14 minutes, from there you need about 5 minutes by Busline 6 or 69 to the botanic garden or colonel-Kleinmann-Weg).
